Terms

Short version: My Jam is in private beta. Joining the waitlist doesn't commit you to anything, and we don't commit to a fixed launch date. Everything below is the longer version of that.

Who we are

My Jam is operated by Prime Directive AI Ltd, a UK company (16551401), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. References to "we" or "us" mean Prime Directive AI Ltd. References to "you" mean the visitor or waitlist applicant.

Beta status

The platform is being built. Features described on myjam.fun are an accurate description of intent, not a guaranteed feature set. Pricing tiers, commission splits, supplier inventory, and curator tooling can change without notice during beta.

Joining the waitlist

Submitting the waitlist form does not create a contractual relationship between you and us. You're indicating interest in being invited to the platform when it opens to your persona / region. We may or may not invite every waitlist signup. There is no fee to join the waitlist and no obligation when you do.

If and when you become a curator

Curator activation will require a separate signed terms of service that covers commission rates, payout mechanics (Stripe Connect), use of supplier-provided inventory, content moderation, anti-fraud measures, and data protection. That separate agreement will govern the curator relationship; the present terms govern only your use of myjam.fun as a public visitor.

Intellectual property

The My Jam name, jam-jar logo, layouts, copy, and software are owned by Prime Directive AI Ltd. The supplier inventory shown on demo storefronts is owned by the respective suppliers and used under contracted reseller agreements. You may link to myjam.fun from anywhere; please don't reproduce the brand or page contents without permission.

Acceptable use

Don't probe, scrape, scan, abuse the waitlist form, attempt to access non-public parts of our systems, or use My Jam in any way that breaks UK law. Standard web stuff.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as-is during beta. We make no warranty that it will be available continuously, that information shown is current at any given moment, or that future features will arrive on any particular schedule. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for use of this public marketing site is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us to use it (which is zero) and (b) £100. This does not limit liability for fraud, death, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Changes

If these terms change in any material way, we'll update the "last updated" date and email everyone on the waitlist. Continued use of myjam.fun after a change means you accept the updated terms.
